How to export SNPs genotypes and allele frequencies from Geneious?

I have genotyped several SNPs in a large number of DNA samples through next-generation sequencing. Does anyone know if there is an option to export from Geneious the SNPs genotypes with allele frequencies of all the libraries at once (each library is in a separate fastq file)?
