I think you can use pClamp software. Usually it give you automatically the value of cell membrane capacitance and can be also recorded. In pClamp, once got the whole cell configuration, if you open in menu "Membrane Test" you have visible "Cell Capacitance", Membrane Resistance, Series Resistance and value of Tau.

I hope this can be helpful for you.
