Dear all! In TEM experiment we observe diffraction pattern like attached picture "EDP_experiment". The superstructural reflections (1/2 1/2 0) presents in addition to main reflections. I suggest the structural model, explaining superstructural reflections. But superstructural reflections are forbidden for this model (attached picture "EDP_theory") and as I see they can not be explained by double diffraction. Can be the presence of superstructural reflections be explained by dynamical effects, which are typical for diffraction of electrons? or I need to change the structural model to explain them?
