I would compare the effectiveness of three different drugs in a non-randomized retrospective study. The three different groups are imbalanced for several baseline covariates. I cannot use logistic regression-derived propensity score and I would avoid to perform pairwise comparisons. Is there any other statistical method to estimate a single propensity score for three groups? Maybe Multinomial Regression? If so, which score to estimate and save in SPSS?
