How to eliminate Spark in solution in Hyper Rayleigh Scattering?

I am using a nano sec Nd:YAG (1064 nm) for HRS measurement. I filtered the solvent as much as possible (solvent is THF). However, I still get sporadically sparking the solution. Can anyone help me eliminate or figure out why.
