In addition, there should be successive changes to the law, ie new legal regulations that will motivate the transformation of business models towards the development of green economy and sustainable development. These campaigns should also motivate research centers to create new ecological innovations and new technological solutions in the field of renewable energy sources.

I feel that there should be strict rules governing the utilisation of natural ecosystems in general and forest and wetland ecosystems in particular. Sensitising the general public is also good but in most cases we don't get the responsive behaviour. Therefore, imposition of heavy penalties for the violation of the rules may better work.
We need to move past over-reliance on media campaigns and regulations (though they're still needed in balance with other measures) and focus more on addressing behaviour change at individual, community and corporate levels. I suggest Community Based Social Marketing (CBSM) as one process example that helps achieve this.
Many of the literates through awareness and illiterates through experience know the importance of ecosystem and green earth concept. Most of them think that, it should be implemented by either the Government or some one else but not me. Converting this "government / some one else" concept to "me" helps really to restore ecosystem. Mere framing rules mayn't be sufficient rather it demands motivation to change from some one to me approach.
China is a shining example of the benefit of rules and its implementation. It is not the awareness but the fear of punishment/penalty. Having worked there I know to some extent.
If you have studied human behaviour, you would know fear is not the best tool to use for long term sustainable benefit, even if at times successful within a certain regime. Regulation doesn't have to be about fear alone but it's better to integrate it with activities which educate, inform, build capacity, incentivize, and change attitudes and aspirations.
We all know the selfish and greedy nature of human beings. This nature, when left unchecked, does great harm. Those people who built their empires by over exploiting nature knew the ill effects of their acts but continued to do so. Still, there are a lot. We cannot so easily convince them but they can be stopped by strictly implementing rules.
An example is to make farmers aware of the economic value and environmental benefits of forwarding crop wastes to the paper and board industry instead of just burning such wastes. The below mentioned research encompasses this issue. Happy new year.
