Prof. Achour and others have given some suggestions - useful information.

No doubt, Aquachem is good. But you have to conduct the work within the trial period. Like AquaChem, there are other softwares - PLOTCHEM, HydroOffice, EnviroInsite, AqQA etc.

You can draw the diagram in microsoft excel creating macros. For guidance see the attached paper .

Most easy (free software) - Use GW_Chart (USGS) to construct Piper diagram. The link is already with an earlier comment (Mr. Gebremedhin Berhane).

Try to use the rockware demo software. It is very good having all related functionality other than Piper that will required for your research study.

The esast way is, using spital softewars such as aqua , agua chem and also rockware.
