I am currently working on fringe processing in meteorology. the fringes I observe are arc of concentric circles. Sometimes almost straight, sometimes curved as shown in the attachment. Could anyone help me how to find the radius of curvature of the arc, draw a complete circle using the arc, draw tangent at any point in MATLAB? If anyone has complete program, please do share it
