I am interested to do Insilco analysis:

to download the small RNA sequence and RNA-Seq data sets of coffea arabica from NCBI and identify different small RNAs from these datasets, identify long non coding RNAs from the RNA-Seq datasets, develope novel nonconding RNA database with MySQL, php and HTML.
