I had finished my simulation of desiccant evaporative cooling system and I want to validate it using published data. However, I have doubt about validation process and how to determine the accuracy of the simulated results by presenting % error between these. Thank you for answering.

I am agree with Gebiaw. furthermore I want suggest you 1:1 diagram where the trend line passes from origin. This kind of diagram will show you overestimate or underestimate of you model. Other test could be RMSE, D, EF, which are explained in different papers like: "Evaluation of reference evapotranspiration methods in arid, semiarid, and humid regions".
