The atmospheric correction in sentinel-2 images can be done through the Sen2Cor plug-in in SNAP. However, how can the atmospheric correction be made in Sentinel-3?
I would like to do the same atmospheric correction to images Swentinel-2 and Sentinel-3 to be able to compare different indexes.

You can use the QGIS to correct the atmosphere effect in the sentinel-2A images. See this plugin: https://www.researchgate.net/project/Semi-Automatic-Classification-Plugin

Thanks for your andares Hayder and Luis. I know Sen2cor from SNAP. With this I can do the atmospheric correction un Sentinel-2 images, but the problem is when you try to correct the Sentinel 3 imagen. There is no a Sent3cor. I need to correct both with the same atmospheric correction
Maybe you can try ENVI 5.5. It handles sentinel-3 OLCI data easily. And both use the flaash method for atmospheric correction.
