Dear Muhammad. It is absolutely possible! I'm assuming you want to react immunoperoxidase and use something like a biotin-streptavidin complex and react sections with diaminobenzadine for permanent label that can be viewed under conventional light microscopy?

Our lab does a lot of this sort of IHC. if you have 40-50um brain sections, you can react the sections in 24 well cell culture plates and do your washes and incubations in those wells. Do read some papers from my supervisor Prof James Bourne's lab and if there is something you're not sure about feel free to DM me.
