In PZT manufacturer's datasheet, it is often found that they only provide part of the complete piezo properties.
For example:
1. Elasticity matrix. The piezo datasheets only provide Y_33 and Y_31
2. Piezo charge constant, only providing d_33 and d_31
3. Relative permittivity, only providing eps_33
Since typical FEA software, i.e. COMSOL, asks for these property matrices to be filled, what is the best way to fill up the missing matrix elements? Maybe for standard piezo (such as PZT-4, PZT-5A, etc) we can use the standard property, but what if the piezo is non-standard?
I also think that, especially, the elasticity matrix will affect the resonance property of the piezo transducer. Is it correct?
Use the appropriate software to conduct first principle calculations in order to determine bulk properties of the relevant PZT. In relation to matrix elements, try using any of the following software: GULP, CASTEP, FORCITE or others.

Indeed, there are only main part of the complete piezo properties In PZT manufacturer's datasheet, as you said. But the FEA modeling of piezoelectric material can also be performed, although there are some errors resulted in by the inaccuracy of PZT parameters. If there is not certain parameter, such as, d15, maybe you can find it in the referrences. In the typical FEA softwares, eccept the main elements, the values of some matrix element are zero. About the non-standard of PZT, really exist, but FEM modelling is approximate in fact. In addition, I also think that the elasticity matrix will affect the resonance property of the piezo transducer.
