I have a polyclonal anti-MODV antibody as well as a monoclonal anti-flavivirus (E protein) antibody and would like to test both against MODV in cell culture. In developing a protocol I would like to first test binding ability of these antibodies directly (not in cell culture), but unfortunately do not have purified antigen.

Is it possible to adsorb virus directly to a culture vessel while maintaining antigenic structure? Suggestions for other approaches would be greatly appreciated as well.
