Though air is defined as material in COMSOL, but their is no option for vacuum. Further COMSOL tutorials take same value for relative permittivity for both with which the results are same.
If someone is aware about vacuum setting for COMSOL, kindly share.
Vacuum can be esiliy implemented as boundary condition, you don't need to define a meterial.
For instance, you can use a zero pressure boundary condition where you have vacuum.

Thank you for your reply. I shall be grateful for you to please tell me that how to do it for a domain. For example if I want to define a box of vacuum around the device. Basically I want to give the impression that the device is surrounded by vacuum.

Define a user define material and assign it to vaccum domain. Give Young's modulus, permittivity and Poisson ratio of vacuum to the material. This way u can add any material of your choice in comsol.

Thank you for your reply. I know how to add the material in COMSOL but vacuum has no such properties. I want to simulate a pressure sensor in vacuum. I am using solid mechanics.
Perfect vacuum option is available in COMSOL.
You can directly use it.

Okay thank you Nitish Katiyar. I am working on version 5.5 and in that I cannot find this vacuum option. What is the way to implement vacuum in 5.5 version for pressure sensors ?
Then you can choose blank material.
I will give u vacuum properties from version 5.6.
