Because of the economic importance of the female plants, we want to cultivate more female date palms. The flowing time of date palms is around 8-10 years, but we cant wait up to 8-10 years. So, does anyone know of any molecular markers that would be specific for sex determination at the seedling stage? Any other suggestions for sex differentiation?

HAU (Haryana Agricultural University) guys developed a marker using SCAR to identify at seedling stage. Ms Charu Mishra, developed the technology. You can contact them for the publication they certainly help you. See the link also.
