How to differentiate Cellulose Iα and Iβ using XRD?

I am extracting cellulose from different land and aquatic biomass. I want to know if it is possible to differentiate cellulose Iα and Iβ using XRD.

Find the overlay of PXRD for Alfa and Beta Cellulose as an attachment.

Although the patterns are similar, you can easily find dissimilarities with precise consideration.
