How i can dialysis a liposome suspension for cosmetic purposes? But in large scale... approximately 100-400 mL. Just to remove the non-encapsulated material, that is a natural material.
For large volumes, tangential flow filtration is a more practical method than dialysis, but requires special equiment. However, here are dialysis cassettes that can hold up to 125 ml. Of course, you need a very large beaker and lots of dialysis buffer.
