How to determine the absolute and relative importance of an indicator/dimension to its formative construct in AMOS?

According to Cenfetelli and Bassellier (2009), the absolute importance is reflected by the factor loading (zero-order/pearson correlation) and the relative importance by the factor weight.

Since factor loading and factor weight are sometimes used interchangeably, I am wondering where to find the respective values in the AMOS output.

Is it correct that the intended weights are the standardized regression weights and that the factor loading/correlation can be obtained from the "all implied moments" option? As I have a second-order formative construct, no correlations between the overall construct and its dimensions are given if this option is not ticked.
