How to calculate concentration from one sample to get unit of glucose equivalent mg/ g?

for instance, i have all value of sample absorbance, glucose standard curve, recorded sample weight(mg), and i got the concentration of mg/ml, so how to convert mg/ml to unit as glucose equivalent mg/g?
