Hi, Im using the kit from abcam (ab66108) In situ Direct DNA Fragmentation (TUNEL) Assay Kit for A549 cells, the kit required to trypsinize the cells which its okay (in theory) but the problem is that I don't have enough cells to do the protocol, especially after my viral infection, the protocol required 1x10-6 cells. Is it possible to transfer the protocol to coverslips without the need to detach them?, does anyone have experience with that? the kit doesn't specify this, and I also losing cells between washes, especially after permeabilization with ethanol, i barely see the pellet.
