How to determine the coloration efficiency of electrochromic electrode?

I have prepared an electrochromic electrode and get optical modulation and current data with applied voltage. How I can determine the coloration efficiency curve of electrodes?

The colouration efficiency is the change in optical density divided to charge density at wavelength and indicate to chemical stability

It is given by η = ΔA(λmax)/Q
