I employed various scanning rates to examine the identical location on my sample, yet observed changes in the modulus. The 3D topography with modulus coloration is depicted in the middle and right figures. Notably, one side of the particle exhibits a lower modulus, while the other side appears to have a higher modulus. This phenomenon appears to diminish when a lower scanning rate is applied.
I am interested in understanding the reason behind the discrepancy in modulus values on the two sides of the particle, as well as understanding why a lower scan rate appears to ameliorate this phenomenon.
Thank you.
