To measure SOD activity, I am performing a dose inhibition curve with a few series of different sample amount in order to determine the right sample amount that reduces the rate of oxidation of Cytochrome C by 50%.

From this series of different sample amount. How do I get a percent inhibition graph for me to know at which sample amount will give out 50 percent inhibition rate. Is there any formula specifically for the percent inhibition for SOD?
