How to determine percentage of N and P from ninhydrin assay of bound GO-PAMAM and DNA/RNA respectively?

The amine group concentration was determined in mmol/g through ninhydrin assay. Variation of N/P (nitrogen in GO-PAMAM to percent Phosphorous in DNA/RNA) to bind any DNA/RNA is desired and researchers are varying this ratio by varying the feed ratio of GO-PAMAM to DNA/RNA. Also how to determine percent P in DNA/RNA. The concentration of DNA/RNA is 100microM. Thanks
