How to determine optimal % concentration when diluting stock with DMSO?

For detection of ROS, the indicator is to be reconstituted with DMSO to create a stock solution prior to anything else. The kit I'm using has a variety of solvents. I am looking for a publication that recommends concentration ratios or a way to determine concentration ratios.
