I have used the Antonius meto¡ds
I reconmend the Anthonius methods.
NTHONIUSA METHOD
My concern is focused on the digestion procedure and not on the metal concentration measurement.Thanks for Nermina and Arvind.
In general, Leaching in concentrated nitric acid by heating the sample for nearly 2 hr ,subsequently filteration using 541 filter paper followed by dilution with distilled water keeping 10 percent acidity and making up to the volume in class-A volumetric flask . This is the best option and can be further optimised for acidity , particle size of sample or heating time, etc

Metal content can be determinate by the atomic-absorption
spectrophotometer
The solutions for the metal content determination were prepared by a modified method applied for plant material destruction.
Tobacco powder was dissolved in nitric acid and heated at 80◦ C.
Heating was stopped after the separation of yellow dark steam was
finished. Then, we added perchloric acid and heating was done up
to 200◦ C. The process was finished after the color of the sample
disappeared. A blind test was prepared in the same way. Amount
of potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), sodium (Na), iron
(Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd) i mercury (Hg)
in samples of tobacco was determined.

Take notice that heating to 80°C the solution may produce some loss of Hg.
