I am preparing for detecting the absorption amount of graphene, but cannot find a suitable method about this. CO gas is easy to escape and we haven't a specialized instrument. So would you please tell me some methods to detect it?
Do you have thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)? This is quite common technique. If not it would be useful to have a list of available techniques you have (I suppose it will be not to long if you do not have specialized instruments).
We manufacture a CO specific detector in our GC platform, but it may be far more sensitive (and expensive) than what you require. It is used for accurate ambient air level (~ 100 ppbv) analysis.
you can make Grp. resistor and place it in chamber where CO is exposed, then see change in resistance or current... then u will get sensitivity as a results.
