How to design a protein with Kozak sequence?

Hi,

I want to express a gene in yeast. The consensus sequence that I should use with my plasmid is (A/Y)A(A/C)A(A/C)AATGTCT. My point is that the second amino acid will be a serine instead of a glycine. What should I do? Can I add a new methionine after the serine and then continue my sequence?
