How to describe the thermopower(Seebeck coefficient) curve with gate voltage sweep for graphene ?

Since thermopower is inversely proportional to the carrier concentration (n), n is less near CNP so themopower is maximum. As n increases, thermopower decreases. Is this the only reason to describe the thermopower of graphene at constant temperature. What is the physical mechanism behind the thermopower curve of graphene with gate voltage sweeping ?
