it would be helpful if you could provide a description of the model to better understand your problem.

Nevertheless, some advices can be given:

1) You can give the mass to the point at Assembly:

Assembly -> Engineering Features -> Inertias -> Point Mass/Inertia

2) But, if it is possible, I would recommend you to apply better boundary conditions to the point. It looks like the are some degrees of freedom which are not constrained. You should apply boundary conditions (Displacement/Rotations or Velocity/Angular velocity) to ALL degree of freedoms: U1, U2, U3, UR1, UR2, UR3. But if in your model the point SHOULD have some degree of freedom, only then you can go back to advice 1).

*ELSET, ELSET=name

mass element number,
