If you give the time step equals to 1, then all your time column in the EXCEL file should be divided to 184 (i.e. the last row will be 1). Alternatively, you can use 184 as time in step function and keep the EXCEL file as it is.
Make should that the amplitude times magnitude will be the load that applies on your model.

I think that its due to the absense of cyclic input paramters. I request you to please help me out in inputing the cyclic damage properties for concrete. That is concrete compression damage and concrete tension damage. What values I should input for dc and dt and the respective cracking strain for concrete... is there any emperical equations that I can use to get dc and dt values?
There are several methods for determining of dt and dc in concrete damage plasticity model in Abaqus. but one of the easiest method is that consider value of this parameters as zero in ascending branch of stress- strain curve to peak strength of concrete. and for the descending branch of stress - strain curve use of (1-(fc/ fcmax)) for dc and (1-(ft/ ftmax) for dt.
