I agree with Dr Rama I. Ali , I would think avoid acidic food and eat more alkaline .

I would like to share my personal experience: whenever i feel strong acid in my throat during My Lab, i ate apple nd after 5-10 min feel very relaxed.

This works very well during my lab routines.

Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday and also Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in daily diet is effective in acidity. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.

Use lemon juice to reduce pH of blood.

Use Sodium bicarbonate to increase blood pH.

The lemons are acidic because they contain a lot of citric acid, so in a solution part of this citric acid ionizes to citrate which increases the concentration of H3O+, thus increasing pH.

Drinking recommended amount of water daily and eating vegetables and avoiding junk foods and soda and energy drinks are some of the best options to increase pH inside our body.
