I am trying to perform fuzzy logic control of a DFIG based wind energy conversion system in which for the control of the Rotor side converter I am using Fuzzy logic controllers (whose inputs are active and reactive power errors and the rate of change of these errors.)to generate the reference signals of the rotor direct and

quadratic axis current components These reference currents are then compared to their actual values and again given to FLCs along with their rate of change of error to give reference Vdr* and Vqr*. But I do not know how to choose the scaling factors or gains to normalise the input error, change of error and output. How to decide these scalin factors?
