My tool is Comsol. As show in attachment, my geometry contents thress disperse parts.I hope the electromagnetic transparents from one part to another so that boundary( in blue color) need to set in Continuity boundary condition. Firstly, I put the blue line in 'Explicit'/boundary level' from 'Definitions' tool bar. Then, I put this 'Explicit' in Source Boundaries box and Destination Boundaries box in 'Indentiy Pair' . Finally, the defined pair,'Indentiy Pair' , was put in 'Continuity' in Physics region but in 'not applicable' state. Who can tell me what l missed in the above steps? How to dinfine the Source Boundaries box and Destination Boundaries box in 'Identity Pair' section?

I don't quite understand what you are trying to do.
First of all, you don't need to use a selection for this (that is what you are referring to with the 'Explicit'/boundary level', you appear to be making an "explicit" selection). You can select boundaries directly for the identity pair.
Do I understand correctly you want the EM field of the short section of one angle to match the field on the other short section? And the same for the other (long) section? Be aware that they appear to intersect, so that COMSOL defines them as not four sections, but (probably) six. You may be better off by making two separate continuity conditions, one for the short section and one for the long.
COMSOL may not be able to do this at all if the two continuity conditions intersect.

I solved this problem by chosing 'Form Assembly' instead of 'Form Union', then adjusted ohter sets.
