Hello. I want to ask about something related to liposomal drugs. we already got good results for the MTT assay after being treated with our surface-modified liposome, but for the UV vis detection, the results on a big scale were so bad. there is no signal.
whether the much more LipoDox present on the big scale interfering with the detection of X protein reaction-On the LipoDox surface. or whether the presence of Phospholipid (LipoDox Micell) also can interfere with the detection.
The spectra of all samples were obtained, the peaks of the components were found and the spectra were compared (calculated)
We had a similar problem when performing MTT assays using nanoemulsions. We found that centrifuging the microtiter plates right before the readings was enough to avoid any interference of the nanoemulsion droplets.
