I'm using the Sasai protocol (https://www.pnas.org/content/110/50/20284#ref-16) for generate brain organoids. I'm currently at day 12 where the organoids are still in their 96 v-bottom well plates. Many of the organoids are starting to split into even balls (almost looks like a giant, multicellular mitosis event). I've noticed the organoids start blebbing little balls when they are stressed but not to this extend of an almost even split. Has anyone else encountered this problem before?
