I have a linear octapeptide that contains Pro and Gly, I don't know if their presence as beta turn is a benefit or something that makes it more difficult to become cyclic because I already tried several methods using HATU, HBTU, or PyBOP and there's no cyclic product. Do you have any suggestions what kind of methods should I use or any paper related to it?
