I don't Know if I understand your question correctly. but if you mean that you want the connected bodies to share the same nodes then if the contact surface is rectangular, then you can put a "face mesh" constraint on it and force it to use only quadratic elements. you can also insert a method under mesh> method>multi zone. or you can go to mesh> insert> sizing then make the "number of divisions" same in the contact and target interfaces. a 4th method is to go to your contact and then insert> contact sizing. also you can do node matching or merged meshing.
