How to create a surface mesh along with solid body mesh in Ansys workbench?

Hello everyone,

In Ansys Workbench is it possible to overlay a surface meshed with shell elements onto a 3D body meshed with 3D elements. I want to overlay the results of the 3D simulation on the shell meshed surface for further analysis.
