Hi, I have specific disregulated miRNAs, I would like to create a miRNAs-target genes network by showing affected pathways and gene expression regulation depending on upregulation or downregulation of miRNAs panel I have.
I have in mind to use cytoscape and I found very useful tutorials, but I couldn't find about miRNAs network.

Take a look at their network file formats if you can get your data in any one format you can define your networks - each has strengths and weaknesses depending on how the data is consumed, eg an app vs a figure etc...there are also nested networks which can help declutter your networks - good luck!
