Hi,
In my work, I evaluate the role autophagy play in Leishmania infection. Using confocal we obtained images of human macrophages infected with Leishmania labelled with LC3.
Now, I would like to count the LC3 dots in these cells. First, I tried to do it manually, but it didn't seems a good idea. So, I would like to know if someone has a protocol how to this on Image J or other program?
