How to correctly interpret these Osteogenic Differentiation Images?

Hello everyone! I am currently engaged in an osteogenesis research project involving Mesenchymal stem cells. Following a 15 and 16-day induction period, I would greatly appreciate any guidance or insights regarding the interpretation of these images. Thank you!

At least to me, these objects look like some crystals/precipitates from the medium rather than osteoblastic cells. Did you stain your cells with Alizarin red, which is a commonly used stainto identify calcium containing osteocytes in differentiated cultures of MSCs?
