I am using a Biomek 3000 liquid handler with the MP200 8-channel pipette. I simply want to copy a 96-deep well plate (DWP) into 4x 96-well plates (WP). I wrote a loop-method including a tip box, a DWP as source and a WP as destination (see picture). Tips are stored in tip box after liquid is transferred for each column. They need to be used for the subsequent WPs. Here I run into trouble.

To allow that the tips are reused within the loop I set the properties of the tip box to "load no more than 4x". This, however, leads to cross contamination in the source plate because tips are used for 4 subsequent columns instead of once per plate for 4 different plates.

Is here an expert who has an idea. I think the solution should be easy for an experienced person because I just want to copy a plate.
