Before I give you the answer, I would say it is important to clarify some basic ideas. NHE is compared with H2/H+ in system with 1 M H+ and 1 atm H2. This concept is already replaced by SHE. Therefore, you can regard it is equal to SHE, even it is not strict. RHE means reversible hydrogen electrode. Obviously, this potential is affected by pH. You can find how the define these electrodes on wiki easily.

The potential of reference electrode is compared with SHE. If you want to converge it to NHE, or SHE, ENHE=EAg/AgCl + 0.197. If you want to converge it to RHE, the pH must be considered: ENHE=EAg/AgCl + 0.197 + 0.0592pH. Please replace EAg/AgCl and 0.197 with the value of Hg/Hg2Cl2.

Hi! the very useful information gave Prof. Zhang, however, If you know the potential of saturated silver chloride electrode vs. SHE or NHE, you can simply measure the difference of potentials between Ag/AgCl electrode and your reference in the same electrolyte. Then you can calculate the potential of your ref vs SHE using known potential of silver chloride electrode.
