How to convert the ARMREF 02 UTM system of Armenia to international UTM Coordinates (WGS-84, Zone 38N)?

Dear all,

While working with some locations in Armenia, I have some problems in case of converting the local UTM coordinates of Armenia (ARMREF 02, WGS-84) to international UTM coordinates (WGS-84, Zone 38N). For example one point is reported in Armenian format as below:

X: 8490000

Y: 4530000

It should be in international system some thing like this 490000 and 4528092.
