How to convert .raw image stack into blockMeshDict file in order to perform CFD analysis in OPenFoam?

I had image stack in bmp file format which I have converted to binary raw image using ImageJ software. Now I want to perform CFD flow simulation on this 3D image. How can I convert this image to blockMeshDict file format so that I can proceed further.

Attached is one image from image stack and converted binary raw image(this is huge file of 248 mb)
