Is there any method to convert median to mean of a data set?
It is not possible to convert median to mean unless we know the data distribution.
If the data set is a normal distribution data set, then median is the same as mean (and mode),
if not, I don't think there's a way to calculate the exact mean, but you can try the approx. value, I found some reference :

Well, i never come across such situation, but i would say no, there is no such techniques to get mean and SD from median and IQR. You may approximate it.
No as these are many-to-one functions so there is a loss of information when calculation the mean. You can estimate the mean if you know the sample size & range of your population. This is often done when conducting meta-analysis when the mean (and variance) are not reported.
