During my PhD and Postdoc work, I have used manual patch clamp (Axon Instruments) with digidata 1440 ad multiclamp 700B amplifier. I’m somewhat confused right now so need your valuable suggestions. Right now, I'm looking for automated patch clamp. Kindly suggest the best seller in market with high throughput (384 well plate), ease of work, less operational issues and cost effective patch clamp.

I have no idea of working with SynchroPatch. However, about 1 year before in a conference in Italy, I attended a presentation by nanion and they showed some data and claimed that it works fine and it is also user friendly.
