If you have areal capacities/current densities you just need to multiply them with the corresponding area (usually the normal electrode area) to get the absolute value.
[Ah/m^2]*[m^2]=[Ah]
If one cell is 12Ah; then 12A is 1 C rate;
If 16 A/m^2 is at 1 C, then the area is 0.75m^2.
In COMSOL, you can use the integration operation like intop1(variable). If the integration operation is defined with variable=1 over the 3D domain you will get the volume (m3), over the 2D boundary you get the area (m2) and over the 1D line you get the length (m).
comp1.intop1(1) = Volume, Area or Length
Use this definition to change units from Ah/m2 to Ah by multiplying the intop1(1) over the 2D boundary.
